Qualifications :
-Chinese citizenship;
-4+ years continuous research experience abroad in relevant field after acquiring PhD ;
-Having joined in or independently charged a research project from beginning to end and having some academic attainments and renown in the field of applying for;
-Organization, coordination abilities, innovation and team-work spirit;
-Experience of supervising graduate students;
-Under age of 40.
Benefits:
The position will offer a professorial salary and a start-up package involving laboratory space, research team and research budget of RMB 700,000. After approved by CAS as outstanding oversea talent (a part of 100 talents program, CAS), the successful candidate will be funded RMB 2 millions.

-Copy of certification of academic degree;
-List of publications;
-3 copies of three representative papers;
-Copies of certificates of achievements;
-A short research proposal indicating the plans for building the capability at SINAP;
-2 recommendations from distinguished scientists.
