ABSTRACT
CoxCu1-xFe2O4/ Reduced graphene oxide (CoxCu1-xFe2O4/RGO) composites were synthesized by a one-pot hydrothermal method. The chemical composition, micromorphology, and electromagnetic parameters were characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscope, and vector network analyzer. The microscopic morphology of CoxCu1-xFe2O4/RGO composites consists of nano-sized CoxCu1-xFe2O4 particles that are uniformly grown on the RGO surface. The doping ratio of Co2+ and Cu2+ greatly influences the microwave absorption properties of the composites. The minimum reflection loss value of composites is -58.25 dB at 6.24 GHz with a thickness of 3.17 mm, when the ratio of Co2+ and Cu2+ is 1:1. The effective absorption bandwidth is achieved at 5.60 GHz under 1.64 mm. (C) 2021 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
